I'm missing some items. How is this possible?
Some orders are shipped in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the items you order may come from different suppliers. If you order multiple products at the same time, they may not all arrive together.
Don't worry—your order is on its way. The remaining items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it is possible for your order to be damaged during delivery. If this happens, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to notredamemats01@gmail.com. Be sure to take clear photos of the damage and attach them to your email.
